KENNEDY SPACE CENTER
One of Cliff Poh’s lifelong dreams since he was a little boy in Singapore was to visit the Kennedy Space Center to see rockets. Imagine his joy when Mr. Therrin Protze of the Kennedy Space Center authorized a VIP tour for him.
Accompanying Cliff Poh on the Kennedy Space Center tour was Mr. David McNulty of Winter Park, Florida along with Col. David Brenner (Ret.) US Army now CEO of Brenner Commercial Real Estate (that is important because it happens to be the first commercial real estate firm accepting cryptocurrencies).
Of Cliff Poh’s rewarding life contributing to specific needs around the world, he shares the following thoughts…
Volunteering, consulting, advising and contributing is now my full time job.
I enjoy volunteering more than I enjoyed closing deals.
The more you give the more you receive. “Do we always have to measure success by how much money we make? How many cars we have in the garage? How many houses we own?”
“Success is not defined by the wealth you amass, but by the contributions you make to your community” The last pants we wore had no pockets. We must learn to share our wealth, talent and time with the less fortunate”. –Cliff Poh
Yet with all his business accomplishments he remains a quiet, humble man. Now that he’s met his life’s goals and is enjoying the rewards that grow from success he says he is now focused on using his contacts and business experience towards charitable activities.
And Poh leaves the United States with a new mission… He wants to make sure the powers-that-be in Singapore speak with NASA so that the next time he visits the Kennedy Space Center he can see the Singapore Flag flying high!
He says, “After all, Singapore is a great friend of the United States, we should be collaborating with NASA”.
