Hot Bread Shop & Bakery Owners Greg & Paula Connor bought the previously named Ningi Bakehouse (in Ningi 5.5 kms from Bribie Island Qld Australia) in mid June 2018 and cleverly re-named it “ROLLIN’ IN DOUGH” as it was their goal- to be ROLLIN’ IN DOUGH.
The bakery is located at Shop 12 / 1 Regina Avenue, Ningi 4511, Australia.
The Bakery was so run down with virtually no trade or customers and had a quiet reputation. We were certain that if anyone could turn it around & make it a success – it was us.
With our equally high work ethic and passion, we strived daily to produce a delicious quality product and offer customer service to match. We have also planned to build a great rapport and positive experience for each & every one of our customers.
Greg is a Trade Qualified Baker and Pastry Chef (since 1989). He bought his first Bakery In 1990 in Warwick Qld. After 7 years he sold it and moved on to new things. In 2016- Greg & Paula met on a job site of their then day jobs in Traffic Management.
The couple fell in love and began planning their future fairly quickly. They set their goals and priorities straight away.
The couple reached a saturation point in their day-to-day jobs and realized they wanted more out of life.
They wanted to own their own business and create their own little food empire. Greg was keen to get back into his own Bakery & Paula was keen to start up a Sandwich Bar in addition.
They found out that the Ningi Bakehouse was available for sale and on the market and it was located close to their home. They decided to take their leap of faith. Now 13 months later- they have achieved their goals of totally turning a business around into a successful thriving Bakery.
Paula has been interested in digital assets for quite some time. Now the couple advances their business experience into accepting Bankcoin Reserve digital assets at ROLLING IN DOUGH.
